im currently adding more and more info on stuff, on permits, what does the motorcycle tests entails, essentially stuff that people keep asking questions on.

Looks great! Thank you for putting it all together. The more info for newbies the better riders we can become!

Don't forget the new women riders. We have different needs than you, guys. And what's a good first bike for you is not necessarily will be the good first bike for a woman.

Also, you can add the list of the local motorcycle clubs by state/city. I found it very helpful once I visited the local women motorcycle club. Usually, those clubs are run by the experienced riders who can offer some noob advice in person.

That's an interesting comment, GFB. I'd have thought a good starter bike would work equally well for the guys or gals.

What would be different in your opinon on a starter bike for a woman vs. a man? Seat height? Wind protection? Hair dryer?

Lol @ hair dryer. Won't help much with that helmet hair, I guess.
But I wouldn't mind bigger mirrors, tho.

I know that women come in all shapes and sizes but I just guess that the average woman probably will have shorter legs than average man therefore she will need a bike with lower seat height to be able to put her feet flat on the ground. If you compare average man to average woman, I think, the man will typically be stronger and probably will be able to balance the bike even if he doesn't put his feet flat on the ground. But I may be wrong.

It is a good idea for a very patient person )or group) to keep going over and over and over the same ding-dong questions; "Getting my license. What's a good first bike?"
Usually they want to hear what 600 racer to get...
