I'm looking into learning how to ride a motorcycle for and everyday driver, and was wondering about their mileage lifespan. As in how many miles would I get out of one, giving I maintain it diligently.
Will I ever see the bike I buy with miles as high as my car has in the 100k range ? lol. |

Sure. Any modern cruiser or tourer or naked standard should give you 100K or more.

Bikes die of neglect before they wear out.

I'd say the vast majority of bikes never see the mileage they could have.
As pplasm says, most sit and rot.
