...he owns an S650. Can't wait to hear how great that bike is again! File this one under "be careful what you wish for." I think I may have even suggested MO buy an SV650 and compare every bike you review to it. Had to do me one better, eh?

"I had just returned from studying abroad in Costa Rica and was having a hard time coming to grips with the harsh reality of returning to life at the University of Washington for the remainder of a dreary winter and spring."
That along with a spring break "jaunt" to London? Harsh indeed. Sounds like the young El_intern is asking to get his butt worked off. (At least that's how we deal with our interns when they complain of the rigors of college life.) In any case, welcome. Or perhaps, welcome aboard. |

Good luck. Wow your college life sounds a lot more interesting than mine did. When I went to college at eighteen years old the only quick jaunt I could afford was to the convience store in my VW. Anyway, I guess I should add that it also snowed two feet everyday, including the summer. I had to live in a shoe box in the middle of road with four room mates. They had congenital body odor too. (Have I made it sound terrible enough yet?)
Seriously good luck, Dave |

Oye, Flaco! Welcome to Los Angeles.
Maybe you can put some of that college-student energy to good use: how about getting the MO guys to publish that comparo Mini promised WAY back on June 20th! PS: I thought "Fear and Loathing" was a great movie... it was more than a movie: it was an experience.

Welcome, it nice to know a little about the MO staff. I am going to be really interested in your take on things. Not that I am saying the MO staffers are old but I a fresh prespective from a 20 something I think will be educational to most of the readers. You represent the new wave of motorcycle riders (so take your responsibity seriously
just kidding). You are right a lot of people would kill for your job so enjoy the adventure darn it. If you get homesick for Seattle just remember what we Puget Sounders say "What do you call 2 solid days of rain? A weekend in Seattle" |

So do we now add Daniel's name to the list of MO staff to just fade away? You guy's are just as bad as the print rags at providing staff information. What happened to Blip?
