Odd he left right after a record breaking season, but I've heard it's always been a rocky relationship with R.C. and team green. Good luck to R.C. in the upcoming season, I'm sure he will do very well on any bike he chooses to ride.

Would RC stay with Kawasaki if they painted their bikes black and gold?

Honda just bought the #1 plate, plain and simple. It's been done before by others, it will be done again. Go for the gusto and the money Ricky, you earned it. You're the best.

Actually when RC is past his prime and not winning do you think Kaw is going to be loyal and take care of him? Get it when a where you can in this industry cause it's short lived glory and teams are always looking for the next bright star.

Well I can't blame him. The new bike is outstanding. 2 mil a year is pretty cool and who knows how the merger will effect the teams. By the way to call next years kawi team the best ever is very funny. Better then Jeff Ward, Ron Lechien and Jeff Matasivich???? Wake up!! They all won pro championships.

Of course Honda wanted him. How long has it been since Honda had a championship? Since 1996... They absolutely dominated before that. Unless everybody else steps up their efforts that is exactly what they are going to get: A Championship. Ricky has the talent and physical ability to stomp anybody out there right now. His only rival is McGrath and he is too busy running his race team to be concerned with actually racing. Besides, that is only supercross. Nobody can touch Ricky outdoors.
