I was looking forward to that Z750. I like the Z1000, but since I've only been a rider for a few years I'd like to keep the 4 cylinders under 900. Now I'm really going to be looking at the Buell's and maybe a used Aprila or Honda SuperHawk.

So they don't know how long it is or how much it weighs? It seems like the article was a little premature.

I like the new idea of having the frame go over the engine...hey wait, my '96 gixxer 1100 has that already. I knew it would come back in style eventually.

The new Vulcan 2000 looks dead nuts like a Yamaha Road Star (which incidentally, looks just like a Hardly). I guess imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, no matter whom you are copying.

I've been waiting a long time every since the rumors of the ZX-10R started flowing. It looks good, now we wait for the actual performance numbers. Now I wondering who Team Green is going to line up beside Eric Bostrom in the AMA on one of them. Will it be Garry McCoy? Time will tell. In the mean time, my deposit is down, ...a green one please!!!

Instead of thousands of words of flowery shameless self-promotion why don't they just say this:

The ZX-10 is lighter and faster than the last literbike. Looks different too.

The ZX6RR incorporates fixes for all the things that slipped by on last year's bike so it's .0001% better.

The Vulcan is heavier and bigger than the last one. (But we knew that would happen. This trend won't stop until these cruiser bikes displace 5,700cc, weigh 5000 lbs and need four wheels to stay up. Hey wait a second! I've already got one of those in my gagrage.....GM makes them.)

Hey MO - all of the ZX10 pics are tiny. The "wallpaper" is the same size as the thumbnail.

Boss Hoss already got it. They only extra wheels you need is on you wheelie bar to keep the front down. Though I would recommend the 502 unless you are your woman.

GM uses the Boss Hoss motors in they trucks.

I pretty much agree with you and would wave to you since we both have the same engine (unless you got the six which is just stoopid.)

Gotta get going since we gotta haul the woman's tractor to the pull.

So is the wheezy runt of a bike too.

But look at that 2 litre monster/beauty! This is the way to go. In 2005 most of the sold cruisers will have 100+ hp on the rear rubber (and not a day too soon bloody hell) and enough torque to straighten the tower of Pisa.
