v45 750 magna build location & year date? any advice?

hi guys,
just trying to sort out the built date and build location of my magna and cant seem to find much info online regarding it.

the date on the brake hoses show it could be an 82 model.

im also trying to find out what area code it is (us/euro version etc).
(the speedo is in KM and goes to 180. the red area is from 80km upwards).

the engine number is: RC07E-1007760
vin/chassis #: RC09-1003305
