Leaking oil from the seal?
Here's a good step-by-step of Showa-type fork disassembly: Hawk fork rebuild (from old web link) - Honda Hawk GT Forum It shows specifically how to take apart a HawkGT fork, but other models (and many other manufacturers) are quite similar. Use ONLY the factory-type seals on these (those "Never Leak"... well.... they leak....), and make certain the stanchion is clean and free of nicks and burrs. Use 800-1000 grit wetordry emery paper to polish them if they do have burrs - use a "shoe-shine" type of motion ACROSS the sliding-plane - NOT down the length of the stanchion. Reassemble with a thin coating of syl-glide or other light silicone grease on the bushings and seal-lips & stanchions. Any further questions, just ask.
