Default Suspension question

Hi again! I got another question. There is a air cannister has part of the rear suspension. Does anyone have reccomended psi that this should be at or a rider weight to PSI ratio guide? I prefer the suspension to be a little stiff.

Best way to fill...can I use a hand pump or ride up to the local gas station and use the compressor?

Typical pressures are less than 10psi. Be sure to use only a hand pump to pressurize; a compressor will blow out the seals. Pump it gently by hand until satisfied. With the suspension setting.
