I think REAL chops are pretty f&ckin cool. I just picked up a 46 Knuckle on Saturday for a killer price. Can't buy that kind of cool.

It was raked, but can be put back to stock easily. New neck parts are available to weld back on. Mostly stock with a 6 over springer. Stock wheels, mechanical brakes, fenders, oil tank, etc. Converted to foot shift. Wasn't started for 3 years and I started it up with about 50 kicks the first time with old gas and plugs, and it's been 3 kicks since. Doesn't leak much oil, but they do mark their spot from the primary tins. This thing is different. Beyond cool.

Better get about 500 pounds of locks and chains for it.

BTW, where do you park it? A merely academic interest I assure you.

Funny you should say that. My insurance agent told me to take pictures of the bike and get it appraised in case there are damage claims. I told her it was unlikely that it will be damaged, and she came back with 'Well in case it gets stolen then". A much more likely scenario. It's parked between two rabid Pit Bulls with a 100 yard claymore minefield surrounding it.

As much as I'd like to claim Squidward-like psychic abilities, my co-worker was just in San Francisco and he said there WAS $4/gal gas. It's $3.50 for premium here, so $4 isn't far away...

Ha! Too easy. Bouncing Bettys are better than Claymores. Harder to see 'cause they are buried in the ground.

Default Good Luck with That

I called Progressive to see about an "Agreed Value" policy for my bike (77FXS). The NADA is like $7k, which is absurd, I've been offered over $11k just riding around. I have no idea anymore how much I have invested in it. So anyway, I asked Progressive for a quote on $12k value. The price was 4x a typical policy on a brand new HD. Nice work if you can get it.
