![]() Can't argue with that. I wouldn't go myself, and I would do everything possible to keep my kids from going (barring a draft, they won't), so I can't in good conscience ask anyone else, or anyone else's kids to go.

![]() Apparently they don't understand they exist to provide cheap labor. If this keeps up we will be forced to move the world industrial base from Indochina to Africa

![]() Alpha Male - the de facto leader of a wolf pack.
Beta Males - a ground of males just under the Alpha Male, who often challenge for the Alpha role periodically to see if they can obtain the top spot. Office slang has the executives (CEO, CFO, COO, etc) as the Alphas while all the lower rungs are Betas looking to move up whenever someone in the upper rungs shows weakness. |

![]() Not Africa.
The labour base there is too unstable with the HIV epidemic, political strife, ethnic squabbling, etc. I just came from a really interesting government-sponsored trade show that convinced me that the next great labour base is a placed called Earack. I don't know where it is, but apparently people are pretty hungry for jobs there and the current group at the top are pretty US friendly. No business taxes, huge incentives ... all the numbers seem to crunch. I'm going to recommend it to my board. |
