Hi all,
There are several types of helmet available in the market and includes, full face, off-road/Motocross, modular/flip-up, open face and half helmet. Always wear a light colored helmet as it enhances the visibility to a considerable extent. According to a research white color helmets reduces the chance of an accident by 24%. The research further added that riders wearing reflective or fluorescent clothing reduces the chance of any mishap by 34%. Finally, everything depends upon you as you have to decide to what extent you want to be visible to other road users, while riding a bike.
