United Motors DTF-200:
2007 Model: Quote - a 35" seat height is perfect for adults and teenagers that want the fun of unlimited off road adventure. The DTF200 is all new from the ground up and comes equipped with a powerful 196.4cc single cylinder engine, electric start, wave rotor disk brakes front and rear...UnQuote. Apparently this one is better than the previous model. I couldn't find the ZSM200 in Dogpile, but a foreign language link indicates it is a generic Chinese bike as well. Short answer: Save up your money and buy a bike that is less "disposable" for not a lot more. Like any of the Japanese brands. Unless "being offered" means that one of them will be given to you. Then grab the UM and ride it until it falls to pieces, then "be Green" and recycle the parts.

I think the dogpile is exactly where you will find the ZSM200!

United Motors is made by Hyosung in South Korea and is a far safer bet than that junk coming out of China.

I thought a Chinese junk was a boat, not a bike

Be vely aflaid of non-bland name motocycrel that has no spare parts no even sparking prug to choose from when inevitable motorcycrel dishonors you by scattering its insides outsides. all based on 30 year old design Honda sold when tooling went bad much like the Soviet commie scum that traded China old BMW copy for 15 metric ton of food. We get screw on that one!

Not sure what you are looking for, but both of those bikes will have serious limitations AFA handling and performance. That is, if you plan on commuting, neither bike (if they are street-legal) will be able to keep up with traffic.
If you're only looking to putt around off-road, they'll probably be fine. Again, get the UM rather than the ZC.
