If you really think a duc is the way to go buy it cuz nothing else will satisfy you. After some time you can sell it when you realize its not really good at anything. Well it does sound good.

And what Japanese bike do you have in your garage, Mr. Openmind?

Yeah, um...could you elaborate a bit more with that one?

I'm not saying a duc is the end all be all of bikes, but what makes you say it's not really good at anything? And what would be the better choice?...Personal taste aside, that is, because when it comes down to it, that's the main driving force to buying a motorcycle.

Â…or did you think this thread was far too civil and felt it need to be fired up a bit?

How many dealers, do you suppose, don't even look at the valves when you take a bike in for a valve check? I mean, it's not like the bike has a problem and you'll know when it's fixed.

Nature abhors a vacuum - when the GMP is MIA, lesser mortals are drawn-in; feebly attempting to fill the Void.........

Next reply will probably be on the inferiority of V-Twins, or a left-wing dissertation on President Bush.

I have to congratulate you. You managed to call me a feeble minded lesser mortal without knowing me.

At the same time you misused an ellipsis mark and began your response with a worn out cliche'. All without the slightest hint of irony. Well done. I would not dare.

Ain't the internet great? You don't have to be anybody. You don't have to accomplish anything. You can type.
