Thanks for the info and even the smart remarks. The Wing came with these on it. I don't use them except to back up. Very handy for that as the 84 has no reverse. I have a 2000 Indain 88ci so I know how to ride. Also been riding with a MC Club for 15 years. Believe me when I take the Wing on a ride I get all the ***** that I can handle. It just isn't worth all the trouble taking the wheels off and for what reason. To show how tough I am? I already know that. My Indain is for sale on Ebay under Indian Street Cruiser. I will give it a little more time and see if someone actually knows the answer to my question. I can guess as good as the next.

When you need to back up just make your chick get off the back, put her hands flat on the fairing and PUSH!

If she bytches about it, make her buy you dinner to show her who's boss.

A guy from Texas told me once how they weigh a pig when they don't have a scale. They mark the exact center, find a rock or something to balance it on, and put the pig one one end. They keep trying rocks on the other end until they find on that exactly balances the pig. Then they try to guess how much the rock weighs.

Try asking your q at a Goldwing-specific board, like http://www.gl1800riders.com. I bet someone will be familiar with the product.

You could drink some of the liquid and tell us how it tasted (just a bit so you don´t lose the vision on both eyes). Then it would be much easier for us to come up with the correct answer

That might be the funniest thing you've ever written.

I wish I'd said it.

It is most likely hydraulic fluid. West Marine or Boater's World would have SeaStar hydraulic fluid that should work fine.

Try the Gold Wing websites. Yours is not the only one with those things. Someone there is bound to give you an answer that will help.
