Touching both feet flat is overrated. I am 5 5ish and I ride a variety of sport and naked motorcycles, most of em I can't touch on. as soon as you develop the proper muscle groups it is easy to one foot balance a bike. it's just like riding dirtbikes.

Be sure to tell your pasenger not to squirm around when you are coming in for a one footed landing, it is really embarasing when you shift yourself left to put down your foot and they tip the bike over to the right. (don't ask how I know this)
