I second the Suzuki M109R... I have a 1969 Z28, and I just bought a black M109R... makes a fine fit in my garage... I also have an all black '02 LE hayabusa

The only motorcycle I know of that has as poor quality as a Camaro would be the Ural.

Do any of you know what a "real" Z28 was? They came out in 1967 and were entirely used for the trans-am road racing circuit against the boss 302 mustangs and eventually the javalins. I bought one of the first ones sold for street use in the cleveland, ohio area back in 1968. It had the smallest chevy V8, 302ci, to compete in the trans-am races which were limited to 5 liters. The car was not meant as a straight line racer. It had fantastic handling and many special parts that had to be ordered of the parts list as there was not even a brochure out on the car at that time.

You guys know a lot more about bikes than me, but a bike that would resemble a Z would have to have great all around performance with very few frills. The Z's that came after around 1970, as far as I'm concerned, were just pretenders. The Buell sounds about right, or maybe something like a 98 interceptor.

I know what you mean about the motor. I had an '86 GSXR 1100. Performance and maintenance-wise, the motor reminded me of a friend's 370 hp LT1 'Vette motor.
