Yamaha FZ-1. Paint it so it won't look like anything else. If you have to, park it where you can only see the rear tire if it bothers you to see it in public. Or, get the inferior but fun to look at Breva 1100.

OK, seriously. Yamaha FZR - I think it is. It has the torque-tuned R1 motor, comfortable riding position with upright bars and get this - a center stand!! I know a 6-footer plus who loves his. You should be able to find a used one fairly cheap.

Fz-6 Can be had very for a good price and you don't see them everywhere. Plenty of bike for the street. Sport bike with an upright position.

Everybody´s again recommending all sorts of mini scooters and what not. You are a big boy for gossake why don´t you get a motorbike. Get a Valk. Six cyliders is enough.
