Check out Cycle Cat's website ( http://www.cyclecat.com/DRS5-1.htm ). I've got their adjustable bar kit on my ST2, not cheap, but beautifully made. Dr. Desmo may be able to help too with simple peg-lowering plates which I've also got and like.

I got a bar riser/peg lowerer (is that a word?) set for my Ducati ST4s from Dr. Desmo. Google him and I thnk he'll have what you're looking for. There are quite a few other options too. Good luck.
