Once I did an insomnia cure that required the boiling/black muck treatment. +1 on on the porn theatre licking. But it worked. If I'd listened to the croaker I'd probably be hooked on lunesta or ambien or some other addictive substance.

My doc said that in Chinese medicine any treatment that doesn't have a 350 year minimum history is considered experimental. Heh heh. The medicos have a long history of vilifying any other healing discipline than drug, burn,cut. Snake oil salesmen they call it. Ha! Last week I saw a study that proved that anti-depressants are completely ineffective.... less than placebo. Gives new meaning to the term "snake oil".
