That's a really cool bike. The Original Crispy Rubber Mounted Evo.

N-Joy!

Thomas Jefferson wrote that the 1st Amendment erected a "wall of separation" between the church and the state (James Madison said it "drew a line," but it is Jefferson's term that sticks with us today). The phrase is commonly thought to mean that the government should not establish, support, or otherwise involve itself in any religion.

Its.......A FACT!

What is this "saving " of which you speak???? you're supposed to spend money like a drunken sailor and keep yourself so far in debt that employment becomes indentured servitude to the financial institution of your choice, what are you, some kind of communist tightwad who hates England and supports terrorism?????????????

No wonder the economy is in the sink!

Congratulations!

Make sure the thing is aligned! Rear wheel to swingarm, swingarm to frame. Them check the vertical alignment of the rear wheel to make sure it is perpendicular the the lower frame rails.

I highly recommend an aftermarket seat.

I loved my '88.

And so are Davison's. (Since he left out an 'e', I left out a 'd'.)

And save and save just to find out it's over rated, slow, and makes you wonder what the hell all the hype is about....

A 1982 FXR was my first Harley and to be honest I wish I still had it. It was a great bike. You'll enjoy the bike. Congrats!
