At 6'2" can you actually ride comfortably on any Sporty? Just wondering?

My Buddy the Sportster fanatic says the other problem with these bikes was a frame problem introduced when the frame was redesigned in 73. The problem was fixed during the 74 run and kits were offered to beef up the earlier frames. He says if the bikes still around it almost certainly has the fix or has been beefed up somehow. Hell LR,buy the Damned thing. Kick start and right side shift...all the newbies will be wowed...."Look at the real biker !" LOL The only thing better would be a pre 70 with the 900cc motor and a mag..but you cant have everything.

Actually, I've been punctuating these wrong. They should all read:

"YOU: [i]THINK?

I'm looking, but the guy isn't going for it quite yet. A 69 with a mag would be the shyt, but those are like hen's teeth. This one is pretty good. I had an 80 Ironhead, so I know they ins and outs. The Ironheads are still flying under the radar. Get em while they aren't hot!

This is probably true. Think I could build one on the cheap? Cheaper tht what I would have to give to Harley for one. I know I could pick up a sporster on the cheap but where to get that front fork... Crap, now you got me thinking.
