Default That's it and what Fenton said

When I bought my Low Rider in '96, H-D sold 110,000 motorcycles. They've more than tripled production in the last ten years.

Plus interest rates are still so low, it's easier for most to buy new than pony up the cash for a used one.

As long as you (all) keep renewing yourself, even

in a "small" matter as motorcycles, you're doing

good. Even if you choose the wrong path

Your present mind set has nothing to do with your age

a Dyna Super Glide Sport certainly can't be considered an "old man's" bike, if there is such a thing

Nope, not normal IMO.

Since when is 40 old?? I am 59 and have a 2006 R6 and still do track days. I commute daily on my BMW RS in Oregon. Is it risky? Well, yes itis, which makes it fun!

Never relax! I note you conveniently left out the reasons you ride the Duc less. I suggest you get off the couch, get active and enjoy life. Party on, dude!! But it is up to you to make the decision and to accept the consequences.

Yeah, get your eyes examined then take a good look at those "chicks" who like HD "bad boys" - maybe that is enough to keep you off the HD (does that stand for Humpty Dumpty? Heavy Duty? )

I have found that the 20-something young women love sportbikes (and their riders). It's like the big slow Ohio State players against the fast muscular Florida players. We all know how that came out. (Just had to get a dig in. Sorry.)

Get up early on the weeekend and enjoy the clear roads. The old folks don't show up with the Buicks until later. Been there done that.

OR - a novel idea - do a track day. No blue hairs in Buicks on the track last time I checked.

Cool that you still ride. I am 59 and intend to ride until they pry my cold dead fingers offof the hadlebars.

And a Stoppie is waaay cooler than a wheelie
