So...is this a promotion or demotion? The former president of Buell goes to Asia Pac. Does that do more dollar business than Buell? And the Continuous Improvement (AKA Quality Control) VP becomes president of Buell. Is this a promotion or demotion? or are one or both of these gentlemen headed for the exit in a subdued, corporate executive way?
