Harley trying to build a better V-Max at the same time Yamaha is trying to build better Harley. Interesting. Who do you think has completed their mission?

H.D. is so far behind that they are designing the bikes that the japs built five years ago.

i ride a elect. glide for work (STATE TROOPER) and it tears up a belt about every other month and this bike only has about 90 horses and is weak as a 250 ninja. so yes the shaft is better than the belt. hd riders say that because theirs has a belt.. if it was better than why does buell racers change to a chain instead of belt?

i think hd is trying to get daytona back! isnt that whatstarted it all there? a motorcycle race that hd hasnt had a bike that was competative there for the last 25 years or so. Most all other bike companies have a full range of bikes that sale but hd. the buell is a good looking bike that if had a tl1000r or rc51 motor init would be three times the bike. if hd would just come out and say what they are trying to do(get another angle on a different market) i dont think hd fans would mind. they arent going to ride a sport bike any way!!!!!

I know I'm about a year late replying to this but I don't think "japs" (your word) build Porsche.
