Y'know, this wasn't funny or clever the first time you posted it.

And I still don't own or ride a Harley, so don't start.

Not all press releases are created equal. Most entertaining are the ones written in english by native Italians or Japanese.

Ya gotta feel sorry for someone who gets so upset about others posting a bunch of nonsense. Ya gotta feel sorry for someone who expects profundity on a internet motorcycle site. Life's too short to look at it so freaking seriously. I'm sure there are plenty of websites you can visit where people congratulate themselves for their rapierlike wit and deep insight. Moveon.org should be right up your alley.

Maybe you should get the prize that the Wizard of Oz gave the scarecrow for all that deep thought.

That's a good nickname. The Scarecrow.

Oh, I'm so scared.

Whoops, that wasn't meant for you Cap, but for The Scarecrow, ZRX_Buttock.

Nah. Just someone tired of too much hype for too little. I feel the same way about most marcomm crap that touts great strides over so little progress - Japanese bikes included. Did I strike a cord, perhaps? At least their prices are stable depsite all the progress.

With my son on the back of the Electraglide and my wife on he 89' Yamaha Radian we head from Omaha to the 4 corner area of Colorado but somehow ended up in Sturgis. Weather made us detour when we made North Platte (home of Buffalo Bill ranch). Sturgis is dead but no problem finding a parking place. Bought a 2004 t-shirt and it is one of the best designs I've seen. Little less than 1400 mile round trip. Cool weather.

It makes his back feel better than humping a 160 lb pack in Iraq.

www.mecatwin.com - go to the Harley section and check out their kit for the sportster. Good stuff.
