P.S. But it all starts with profit.. If you don't make a profit you go out of business. I worked for a company that had loyal customers because the product worked well but lost money and went out of business. i.e. people weren't willing to pay the true cost of the service.

Yeah. Hiring MBSs is a good method for destroying a company too after they get done ruining the products with their incessant bean counting. It's the MBA centering on next quarter's dividends that's been a big factor in short-sighted poor quality American products. One mustn't forget the big picture.

If it weren't for loyal customers the American auto industry would have gone bye-bye a long time ago. What else explains how companies that sell such junk can stay in business?
