Agreed, save up and get the car with windows. The ones without windows get real cold in the winter. (So I have been told)

Monster 695 puts out an ADVERTISED 73hp.

Absolutely. I own a VFR. I like the whirring gear noise, the exhaust note, (slightly different from an inline four), and I really, really hate working on bikes. I spent too many miserable hours working on crappy cars in the past to derive any enjoyment out of any kind of mechanical work.

My friend has TWO Ducati's god help him, and loves to tinker. IT's a good thing, he has oil leaks, a wire that rubbed the frame and shorted out, etc. And they do just feel and sound different. There is absolutely a place for a motocycle that is a little tempermental, but gives you a different kind of experience. Vive la differance!
