I opened this last night and my 6 year old was watching. He loves motorcycles - and when I open the picture - he said "Man that is cool" and his next statement was "can you make it bigger so I can see it better" So I did and then he said "Ducati - now that is cool!"

My son has seen many bikes over the last couple of years and he is not impressed at all with the "generic" sportbike (me I like them all) - he is a huge fan of the dirt bike - and if he makes straight A's this year - he will be getting his own.

You must exeperience it. No their not the fastest thing available for the street. But they are absolutly the most fun ride I have ever had.

Are you insane?

Aside from a few micros, American beer is like sex in a canoe, f*ckin' close to water.

Your killin' me! Didn't you see the smiley face? Who in their right mind (apart from a one legged redneck named Larry) would ever have glowing words for Natural Light?!

Now, Coors Light, there's a fine beer... kidding.

This is the bike that will start my wife riding he said hopefully. Man that's a beautiful bike. The marketing crap is hard to cut through, they should make the picture a bigger part of the press release.

It's a pretty subjective argument but ride any Japanese bike without looking at the tank and it's pretty hard to tell them apart, they're all fast smooth and good handling.

Now ride a Ducati, Triumph, BMW or a Harley. Each one has it's own distinct style feel and sound, there's no mistaking each one. That's what people mean when they say Japanese bikes have no personality. There's nothing wrong with them it's just that to me at least they have an appliance like feel, like they were cranked out a thousand at a time by robots. The European bikes as well as Harley have more of a feeling that they are individual bikes, made one at a time by people.

Total bull***** of course but thats the impression I get and quite a few others it seems. Ultimately it's your money, buy what you like.

I thought you were smilin' because it tasted so good...

Sorry, rough night. I had a glass of Speyburn Highland single Malt washed down with a few bottles of Full Sail Amber Ale and the caffine from this mornings coffee is still trying to kick in...
