This gives me hope that someone will buy MV Agusta from proton before they do something horrible like shut it down.

All they need to do now is sign Rossi for the Desmosedicci and they can declare a national holiday

It'd be nice if Piaggio wound up with Moto-Guzzi in the shuffle

With the weak dollar in Europe, its amazing that Ducati has held, and even lowered their price points. Buy your machine now before the price escalates under new ownership.

I hope the Italians don't bankrupt it again, so that it will have to be sold to the Chinese! But you have to give it to the Italians, so many have failed trying to keep a beautiful thing going just for passion's sake - and perhaps that is not a bad thing after all! Enjoy the marque until then!

Piaggio does own Moto Guzzi. I guess your dreams have been answered.
