The Ducati brand is like watching a game of pass the parcel.I guess as long as it keeps moving there's a chance the right people might eventualy get their hands on it.

TPG never intended to own Ducati for the long term. TPG's business is to buy up good companies, turn 'em around then sell for a profit.



If it were not for TPG, there might well not be a Ducati today, at least as we know it today....

Ducati raised the price $500 on every 2006 bike sold in the US.
