It is "legit" but it is a rumor. No, no good translation. The Babelfish translation makes it sound like Buell has designed a submarine toaster. This is still nothing but a "could be" hypothetical photoshop.

As in: What would the XBRR look like if a Rotax was spooned into it?

I should have known better when I read in the news release the proposed name of the new bike was going to be the Buell Chupacabra.
