I think it's been faked. Theres a crapload that people can do with Photoshop and Movie maker nowadays. If you look closely, you can see the lips don't sync-up with the voice.

There is NO WAY Harley is sutting down Buell. NO WAY! It is a fake, a fraud, and a scam. It isn't happening. It's a complete fabrication!

Oh for heaven's sake, it's that guy from Saturday Night Live! He's so funny...can you believe how he almost cried? Then he goes on to say all that hilarious stuff about the owners of the bikes and HE...he even tries to sell the damn things at the end! Next thing you know, they'll do something totally crazy like take a bike and crush it into a small square just to show the company is gone.
