Ken, I think you smell a rat too? I believe you are correct. As long as he keeps posting his 'news' items, I will let him stay, but as soon as 'Speed Cop' turns into himself, he will be banned instantly. I always suspect a guy that lives in Orange County CA, yet his IP comes from Colorado from the same provider of the guy we banned for life. Coincidence? Doubtful. We will see.
