For all those who gripe about the air cooled Buell I have one thing to say, Take a test ride and get back with me.

So I don’t understand why people complain so much about an out sourced motor… You need to start somewhere.

I believe it was because Erik Buell couldnt get any other Manufacture to back him. I too have always wished an American bike could be competitive against the Japanese. If there was I'd have raced it!

I like that the sportster engine is used. Buell is more of a street bike than a track bike. The Sportster engine makes them different. And they crank out 85-95hp. Seems to be plenty to me.
