A new engine will happen. And we all know why.

Inlines do vibe at certain revs, but to claim they do that more than the ancient worster V-2, this point is not really worth even arguing. All I can say is that there is a reason big H-Ds have now a balancer shaft system. And the worster came up with this new innovation "rubber mounting", leapfrogging the japanese competition.

Constant vibes harm the blood circulation. A good example of this is the lumberjack professional disease white fingers, also called vibration disease. Constant vibration damages the walls of the veins and the blood circulation in the hands just ceases. Also a damage in outer nerve system can occure which causes loss of sensing ability, clumsiness, lack of gripping power and pain. A chain saw operator can get the problem in five years meanwhile a grinding bench worker can get it in as short time as in one year.

Meanwhile an occasional sunny day rider should not have to worry about any of this, it certainly is not ok to present heavy vibrations as some sort of positive thing.
