1996 R 850 R luggage rack
I just bought a 1996 R 850 R and it has the BMW hardcases. I need to add a small luggage rack for short trips and to carry a few extras.
I'm having trouble finding one. Any recommendations? On a related note, is the R1100R mounting system the same? Would anything that fits it fit my bike? I can't find that info anywhere. It seems like the only difference is the engine bore. ??? |

The bikes are basically identical except for the pistons/cylinders. Have you tried Renntec?

Renntec doesn't appear to make anything for BMW bikes. At least nothing on their website.
