Yeah, but they're damn nice about it when they do.
My Pirate's Lair backrest's stitching is starting to open up. Wonder if that's a warranty fix?

That they are, already found about a grand from my wallet. Must say the stealth Backrest and my PIAA's are sweet (love how the kit put them right below my oil cooler within the fairing).
Backrest is just a zip over cover isnt it (my stealth is)? Pop it off and run down to an awning shop, restitched for a couple bucks. Though I'm sure the Lair would be more than willing to supply a new one, for a nominal fee of course. |

No, mine is stitched right on to the inner part. I was suprised, for 300+ clams it ought to hold up. I guess if it gets any worse I'll ask them for a fix or a new one.
