Why bother? The goverment will be doing it for soon enough ... with mandatory speed control and auto fining thrown in for a modest cost.

No problem getting the audio into the helmet. I use thin, light, cheap ($15) helmet speakers from RiderWearhouse http://www.aerostich.com/catalog/US/...s-p-18213.html. The fidelity is not up to snuff for hi-fi, but it works great for my radar detector. Or you could use a cheap earphone, but then you can't use your earplugs. And once you buy anything from RiderWearhouse, you'll start getting their free catalog, which is better reading than most print motorcycle mags.
