I like these, I thought the Rockster was cool in a teutonic techno-hip kinda way as well. The thing I like about BMW is they go their own way, it's not always what I'm after at the time but at least they're not building me-too clones or buying someone elses heritage.

Too big, too much, too expensive. Not as ugly as most Beemers, but I wonder how much fun it would be to ride on a really demanding single track, probably a big handful, even for bigjames

I dunno cuddy, on our dirt logginr roads I've hit some pretty severe water bars on the old R100 GS at that speed (unintentionally of coarse) and lived to tell about it. The new HPN has way better suspenders than my old scoot, so it'll probably be doable. VWW
