Amazing, considering how "staid" they've been over the past few years. I think 2005 is going to be a huge year for them, though. Two new engines are rumored, plus that Hossack (sp?) front end and a new GS... Good to see them finally get off their asses.

Cant wait to see the new K bikes. Ive got an airhead beemer and an oilhead beemer. Lvoe them both. BMW makes bikes that are very different, and also bikes that are very conservative. My RT's are both practical, functional, and comfortable. They rarely break.
When you buy a bike intending to put lots of miles on it, BMW is the first brand that comes to mind. Theyre not Ducatis or Hayabusas, and theyre not meant to compete with them. |

TWO NEW ENGINES? Anyone have any more information on this? I've been waiting for years for them to put a major engine upgrade into their cruiser line, but alas, if they don't give us something soon, I'm gonna get that Triumph Rocket III...

Gotta ride a Beemer one day. Never rode one, but I always liked em. Glad they are doing well.
