Numbers I read in Motorcyclist says that it puts out more power than a VTX Honda and is 300 c.c.s SMALLER! That is definately a big improvement.

I know how you feel on the history. One of the local shops has a '42 police bike on display. Wonderful piece of art.

Keep on riding. Hell, at least the majority has heard of your bike. I ride a Cagiva.

Default Re: Harley-Davidson Happy about Road Atlanta

Why do you people think that if Harley cares enough, they will win. They are competing against Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha, and Ducati. These companies all have years of experience in multiple classes around the world. I think Harley deserves credit for competing, and I'm sure if any of you tried to build a bike from scratch, with the continuous bar moving upwards, you would be left in the dust.

The more competitors we have the better. Racing is an intense sport, everyone can't win.

Nah, it's because they were planning to have a post-race barbecue on Sunday anyway.
