Doesn't matter. It's always the fault of whoever is President, remember? Every war or disaster is always the prez' fault... wars, fires, earthquakes, plagues, Courtney Love....

I've brought that up before myself. Apparently you and I are the only ones who see the redundancy.

I think Sean tried to give me some vague explanation once.

Default Assless Chaps 101

When I refered to "assless chaps", the redundancy was deliberate, in a attempt to illustrate the absurdity of having an article of motorcycle clothing that is designed to deliberately expose the ass of the rider (or leather bar patron) at the expense of protecting said ass in a slide.

Using the term "assless" had the additional benefit of increasing the homosexual overtones of EBass' continued tendency to actually wear them.

Since we are communicating in a print media it is sometimes important to place emphasis on certain concepts. As a demonstration close your eyes and think "Halle Berry in chaps". Next close your eyes again and think "Halle Berry" in @ssless chaps".

See the difference?

Now, knock it off or else I'll make you think of Rosenne Barr is @ssless chaps.

Default Re: Who cares how many cylinders

Who cares how many cylinders a race bike has. Personally, I'd love to see singles, twins, triples, inline fours and sixes, as well as V4s and V5's race. So long as there is some agreement on HP or weight, not displacement, the sky's the limit. I love my Japanese bikes, but it sure feels the Japanese manufacturers have the AMA under their thumb. I want to see variety and innovation, not conformity and stagnation in my racing.

I'm a little fuzzy on the hospitality tent business. My friend has two Ducati's so I ride his monster to events and get to park down the hill, munching on free stuff and hanging out with the cool people. Does this mean I might as well ride my VFR and park with the peasants?
