The funniest thing about the 9-11 commission was the way it was packed with people who were there to coverup their own incompetence. Their report is just so much self-serving toiletpaper.

What's new in Washington, eh?

"Here's a concept that may not have ever occurred to you: Sometimes, doing nothing is the absolute right thing to do."

When would that be? After the USS Cole got bombed, or the WTC got bombed the first time, or our dead troops got dragged through the streets in Somalia? Nothing got done there, so in your mind that was the right thing to do? And you actualy believe that? Sorry, but when dealing with terrorists, doing nothing is ALWAYS the wrong thing to do. We were at war. The only one that didn't know it was Blow Job Willie, who was asleep at the switch.

"A Fire is an emergency situation which must be dealt with immediately. International Relations is Different."

Actually, it's exactly the same situation. Only the time frames are different. Both need action, and the ones that take action are always wrong, and the ones that sit on their asses at home are always right, after the action has been taken. Just like at a football game when all the 'fans' know exactly what play would have worked. It's called 'Monday Morning Quarterback'. That's pretty much what you and KPaul are. You have all the answers sitting at home. Get your asses on the hot seat one time, and lets see how YOU do. Talk is cheap, and people that do nothing are always right. There is nothing to criticize. By the way, how many of those people that proclaimed loudly that they were leaving the country after Bush won again actually left? I would bet none. Cowards always are big on talk and short on action.

"yeah, Kerry and Hilary are warmongers like all Democrats, makes sense to blame them for all the false intelligence and stuff."

In this particular instance I do agree with you, anyone who thinks gas is going under $3.00 a gallon for any length of time is dreaming and the predictions for the west coast were at least $4.00 a gallon by now.

Just because it hasn't happened yet don't mean it won't. Plus who could have predicted BP's pipeline issues, that's going to show an effect soon so like they say, it ain't over till the (pc) Large-boned women sings....

Are you using your stock pay-out for a down payment on the Buell?....."the checks in the mail"
