Those years when MV, Honda and Yamaha were battling it out were probably the most exciting in GP history.
Imagine lapping the Isle of Man at 100+ on 60's suspensions and tires.

I presume he'll do a few demo laps. That would be fine to see, also.
I've noticed at Laguna Seca that the "demo" laps by those retired racers seem to be quicker than I could make it, even on a more modern machine. But then, I've long been aware of my limitations.. Of course, it would be even better if guys like Nixon and Springsteen could be enticed into going out on the track with Ago; of course, since they still race (AHRMA), that ould make it very interesting, indeed! |
