cept that everybody in ama has Dunlop contract except e bostrom, whose Ducati is sunk now that the 4-cyls. have got their act together...

Your comment said nothing about the speeds of the track. You should learn to shut your mouth when you have no knowledge of the topic being discussed. I also don't care what Mat Mladin says- he's by no means an expert on tire technology any more than I am.



The other failures, like Hacking's this weekend at Mid-Ohio, happened in cool weather on a slower track than Daytona.

I would rather see all the factories compete in Superstock than Superbike. That way we could see who actually had the best production bike, and the racing would also be closer, which would make it more enjoyable to watch.

It's all semantics really, but with the current set of rules it would make more sense to eliminate the factories from the supersport class, since there are fewer modifications allowed there and it is therefore a bit cheaper. Let the factories support the heavily modded bikes and leave the privateers ro run their show room specials.
