Default Yates is an Ass

I used to like Aaron Yates. His behavior during the 200 changed my mind. What an unprofessional crybaby. Even if Fania was completely in the wrong (which he wasn't) assaulting the guy and carrying on like 2 year old throwing a tantrum was not warranted.

He showed no remorse or regret in the interview I read. I hope he gets fined and suspended.

Mladin needs a personality transplant. The two that finished behind him, however, are great personalities. Mladin reminds me of Russell in terms of riders you love to hate. I guess it helps you win. But Miguel sure can win, and lose, with class. As for Yates, he reminded me of a zoo ape gone nuts. WWF at Daytona. Nice flying drop kick. Funniest thing I've seen in years. What an ass. The guy up front has the right of way and Yates f'ed up big time. I hope you folks also saw the Miami GP auto race lon Sunday. Almost as much fun at the end of that one. Must have been the weekend when professionals took leave of their senses.

I've seen shots of Yates running into slower riders just because they were on HIS racing line. He also caused all sorts of havoc a couple of years ago by crashing on the first turn at a Superbike race trying to be a hero. This stunt put Eric Bostrom out for the season. He ought to be suspended for at least one race. The AMA has let him get away with this for years.

Last year at VIR, Yates crashed out, then got up and laid down on the track to draw a red flag. He went unpunished for that incident. I doubt he will escape this time.

If AMA doesn't suspend Yates for at least on race, I am turning in my card.
