My buds got some kind of SE pipes on his Dyna Defender that can't be loud, they flow better than stock, but don't sound much louder, the bike the bike feels pretty strong, I'd guess they were the "touring " version of the SE pipes.

You know, if Longride decides to go with the exposed plate in his head look, some bullet hole stickers would look really cool on the plate! Make him look really badass! Then he could get away with riding a Vespa to the biker bars!
