Does EBoz really have a chance at winning the title still? What would have to happen for him to win it all?

He will win if he can beat Nicky by 36 points for the rest of the season. The magic number for Haydon is maximum points left to win minus 34, max points being Superpole points plus lap-lead points plus win points times the number of remaining races.
Nicky could dnf one race and still win, and if he top-fives the rest of the season, he's the champ. Obviously, if Haydon were hurt and missed some races, Bostrom would be the beneficiary, if you can call that winning. |

How can a 1995 design of an 'outmoded' layout from a 'smaller' manufacturer race competitively against the latest and greatest from the biggest of them all ??!!
This just shouldnt be able to happen, should it?? Kudos ++ to Kawasaki, the team and E-boz! Get this guy (+team?) on the world stage right now! |

I spent the entire weekend at Mid-Ohio and I gotta tell ya, for the most part, those guys were awesome. Very approachable and friendly. The Superbike race on Saturday was inspiring, I have never seen Eric ride so hard. Being a huge Bostrom fan that had to be the longest race of my life!! Nicky is relentless and that big RC51 is very menacing when it is chasing you down. I got to hang out with Buckmaster, Gobert(Anthony), Zemke and Bostrom and those guys were great. Always willing to talk and never pretentious. One to watch is Zemke. He has a good head on his shoulders and he is quickly learning how to win and be consistent. I would love to see him on an RC51 fulltime next year. Go Eric!!
