In this economy it's surprising that a group of investor's can not only come together and complete this dream. But have the finacial fortitude to follow through. With countless tracks around America rumored to be almost completed,they usually tend to run into some type of complication before the project is completed.

I know the owner of Jenningsgp and coincidently the same designer that
created it, designed Chuckwalla Valley Raceway. Ed Bargey. Said to have the most run-off available making it one of, if not thee safest track in the United States. JenningsGp had to deal with alot of hurdles some coming from the community, alot brought on by agriculturalist. Against alot of odds JenningsGp suceeded as did Chuckwalla Valley.

I know Ed. He lives here in Cherokee Co GA. He actually offered to help me design an indoor supermoto practice facility project that I was working on in 2002.

The idea and business plan are viable but there is no money. I have a 68k sqft building that would be perfect. High ceilings. Not too many support poles. Just diamond grind the surface and add dirt. Would make a great practice facility.

Ah, so your speaking of a indoor facility. Nice we have a mini track located in St.Pete thats very similar.
