Weekend Awesome - Cody Elkins Jumps a Plane
How do you make an awesome stunt look even more awesome? By playing it in super slow motion! Not that this week’s video of Cody Elkins jumping over a plane needs the help.
The stunt took place at the Cameron Air Show in Cameron, Mo., last month. In an interview with the New York Daily News, Elkins says he and stunt pilot Skip Stewart have been working on the stunt for 10 years, but have only performed it about a dozen times because many promoters are scared the jump is too dangerous.
And to the skeptics who think the video is fake, here’s another video in real time of the same jump shot from a different angle posted to Elkins’ Instagram account.
